We Make Footballers is an active, physical sports program. While we welcome children of all backgrounds and abilities, participants must be able to safely engage in the physical activities required by the sport. We will make reasonable adjustments for children with disabilities, provided those adjustments do not fundamentally alter the nature of the program or create a health and safety risk for the child, our coaches, or other participants.
We Make Footballers will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, bullying, abuse, discrimination, or victimisation of any participant, staff member, or family. Any such behaviour will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
Furthermore, we strictly prohibit victimisation or retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation under this policy.
